Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Richmond branch as an Administrator. We are looking for highly organised and outgoing administrator in a client focused role that rewards excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Duties will include:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Managing the end-to-end lettings administration process, ensuring all procedures and timescales are met
Verifying tenant applications, arranging references, compliance checks, inventories, and required works
Issuing accurate documentation and legal paperwork in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate property records, system notes, and databases
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and third-party contractors to coordinate works and inspections
Handling queries and resolving issues promptly in line with service standards
Managing client expectations and proactively preventing or escalating complaints as appropriate
Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation, codes of conduct, and internal procedures
Conducting and arranging property inspections as required
Maintaining office supplies and marketing materials
Skills required:

Able to work to tight deadlines and deal with high volumes

Good standard of written English
