Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm (Please note, that hybrid working arrangements will be available).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Junior Administrator to support the smooth delivery of refurbishment works across our property portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping processes running efficiently and accurately.
Duties will include:
Provide administrative support for refurbishment referrals and works
Coordinate with branches, contractors, landlords and internal teams
Monitor refurbishment cases to ensure works are completed within agreed timeframes
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Ensure contractor reports, invoices and documentation are processed accurately and on time
Manage contractor queries and escalate issues where appropriate
Track refurbishments through to completion, ensuring systems remain up to date
Support contractor onboarding and ongoing compliance documentation
Assist with audit checks and quality control processes
Skills required:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Quick to learn and confident following procedures
Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Proactive, calm, and positive under pressure
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable taking ownership and using initiative
