Location: High Wycombe

Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am - 6pm, Fridays from 8:45am - 5:30pm. Please note, that you will be required to work every other Saturday from 10am - 3pm.
Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Lettings Consultant This a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the property industry with full training and support provided.
Duties will include:
Registering applicants and understanding their rental property requirements
Booking and conducting property viewings
Assisting with property listings, including taking photographs and writing property descriptions
Liaising with prospective tenants and landlords throughout the lettings process
Matching applicants to suitable rental properties and arranging viewings
Maintaining regular contact with applicants and landlords, providing updates and feedback
Supporting the tenancy progression process from offer agreed through to move-in
Assisting with tenancy administration and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately
Updating and maintaining the CRM/database
Always deliver excellent customer service
Working towards individual and branch targets
Building strong relationships with applicants, tenants and landlords
Skills required:
A genuine interest in property and a desire to develop a career in lettings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented, professional and confident
Target-driven and highly motivated
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ambitious, resilient and eager to learn
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential
