Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am - 6pm, Fridays from 8:45am - 5:30pm. Please note, that you will be required to work every other Saturday from 10am - 3pm.
Driving license: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to successful tenancy commencement, delivering an excellent level of service to landlords, tenants and prospective applicants throughout.
Duties will include:
Manage property enquiries and register prospective tenants.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional property information.
Qualify applicants and assess suitability.
Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
Progress lets from offer through to tenancy commencement.
Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors throughout the process.
Generate new business and maintain strong landlord relationships.
Manage property listings, marketing and online portals.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.
Provide a high level of customer service and handle queries professionally.
Work towards individual and team sales and lettings targets.
Keep up to date with local market conditions and rental values.
Skills required:
Have previous sales and customer service experience – previous Estate Agency experience is not essential as all training will be provided
Be target driven and tenacious
Be able to work effectively within a team
Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
Display high standards of service and presentation
Have good organisational skills
Have a drive to be the top of every league table
Be a car owner with a full driving license
Be insured for business use
Have the legal right to work in the UK
